Inihahanda dito ang pinakamasarap na alak mula sa Maynila at Acapulco at ang pinakamalaking lobster mula sa Masbate Bay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Noong 1944, binaril at binomba ng mga Amerikano ang kabisera ng Masbate &nbsp;ngunit naligtas ang malaking bahay ng Villa Bayot. Ang Villa Bayot ay isa ring tourist spot na pinupuntahan ng mga turista.
