{"id":2884,"date":"2024-12-09T05:17:03","date_gmt":"2024-12-09T05:17:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/timogkatagalugan.com\/?p=2884"},"modified":"2024-12-09T05:17:03","modified_gmt":"2024-12-09T05:17:03","slug":"palawena-tinanghal-na-outstanding-mother-ng-national-federation-of-womens-club-of-the-philippines","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/timogkatagalugan.com\/index.php\/2024\/12\/09\/palawena-tinanghal-na-outstanding-mother-ng-national-federation-of-womens-club-of-the-philippines\/","title":{"rendered":"Palawe\u00f1a, tinanghal na Outstanding Mother ng National Federation of Women\u2019s Club of the Philippines"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Isa sa napiling gawaran ng Outstanding Mother Award ngayong taon ng National Federation of Women\u2019s Club of the Philippines (NFWCP) ang Palawe\u00f1ang si Melindra Victorio Padua na iginawad nitong unang linggo ng Disyembre sa mismong tanggapan ng samahan sa Ermita, Maynila.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ang pagpili sa 82 taong gulang na ginang ay dahil sa nominasyon ni Mam Girlie Bayron, ang kasalukuyang pangulo ng Women\u2019s Improving Family and Environment (WIFE) dito sa Puerto Princesa City.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si Ginang Melindra ay dating guro sa Holy Trinity University, nagpasimula ng Speicial Education program sa Pilot Elementary School kung saan tumagal siyang naging guro dito hanggang 2003, dati rin syang Executive ng Girl Scout of the Philippines-Palawan Chapter, pangulo ng Palawan Balayong Lions Club, at kahit retirado na ay tuloy ito sa pagseserbisyo, isa sya sa nagtatag ng Pedia Exploration Learning Center, isang private Nursery Kindergarten school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maagang nabyuda si Ginang si Melindra kay Virgilio Padua na dating City Fire Inspector, at mag isa nitong tinaguyod ang limang anak sa pamamagitan ng pagtuturo, pagtanggap ng paggawa ng thesis, pagturo ng pagtugtog ng piano, at pagbenta ng mga ginantsilyong table cloth at iba pa, na nagbunsod ng pagpapatapos nito sa anak na pawang may mga magagandang buhay na ngayon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kinabiliban ng NFWCP ang dedikasyon at tatag ni Ginang Lindra na mapagtagumpayan ang hamon ng buhay, bilang solo parent at isang babae, na inspirasyon sa lahat ng kababaihan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ang NFWCP ay taong 1921 pa itinatag, na ang ilan sa mga naging bahagi nito ay mula pa sa samahan ng mga babae ng Katipunan, ilan sa mga namuno dito ang nagtatag ng Girl Scout na si Josefa Llanes Escoda at marami pang iba. Sa ngayon ay naninirahan sa Brgy.
