While-of-Government Approach ang pinakamabisang solusyon ng pamahalaan upang masusing matugunan ang mga matinding epekto na maaaring maidudulot ng El Ni\u00f1o phenomenon sa bansa ngayong taon. Iyan ay kasunod sa pahayag ni National Irrigation Administration Administrator na si Eduardo Guillen, kaugnay sa paghahanda ng pamahalaan sa naturang natural phenomenon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sa pangunguna ng NIA, tutulong ang iba pang mga ahensya ng pamahalaan kagaya ng DSWD, DOLE at iba pa sa pagtugon sa mga suliranin ng El Ni\u00f1o phenomenon sa bansa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ayon naman kay Eduardo Guillen, halos 100% o doble ang idinagdag ni President Ferdinand Romualdez \u201cBongbong\u201d Marcos Jr. sa pondo ng NIA na siyang gagamitin ng nasabing departamento upang magkaroon ng Solar Pump Irrigation, Fertigation at Drip Irrigation sa buong bansa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ang Solar Pump Irrigation ay isang water pumping facility na gumagamit ng solar enery habang ang Fertigation ay tumutukoy naman sa paghahalo ng fertilizer solutions o pataba sa tubig na mula sa irigasyon. Samantala ang Drip irrigation system naman ay ang paglalagay ng emitters sa lupa na dahan-dahang naglalabas ng tubig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bukod sa mga ito, gagamitin ang mga karagdagang pondo sa pagtatag ng mga dam sa iba\u2019t ibang bahagi ng bansa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nagbigay din ng direktiba ang Pangulo kaugnay sa pagbahagi ng mga high-yielding crop seeds sa lahat ng mga magsasaka sa bansa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dagdag pa ni Guillen na nakipag-ugnayan na sila sa iba’t ibang Lokal na Pamahalaan at PHILRICE upang matiyak na makukuha ng mga magsasaka ang tulong sa lalong madaling panahon.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
